When contacting us, tell us your PS5 model and the exact symptom—for example “powers on but no signal”, “HDMI port loose”, “turns off while gaming”, “disc not reading”, “blue light loop” or “USB port damaged”.

Before bringing the console

• Remove any disc if it ejects normally.
• Bring the console and, if relevant, the HDMI cable or controller connected when the fault occurs.
• Do not keep forcing a loose or broken HDMI, USB or LAN connector.
• If liquid entered the console, disconnect power and avoid repeated power-on attempts.
